The Placement Cell at AGCSM plays a vital role in bridging the gap between academic learning and professional employment. Led by a dedicated Faculty Placement Co-ordinator, the cell acts as the primary hub for managing and streamlining all recruitment activities for the institute's students. This cell is uniquely structured to foster leadership, operating through a dynamic committee of student representatives who collaborate closely to ensure the diverse career needs of the student body are met.
Driven by a student-centric philosophy, almost all placement initiatives are actively organized and co-ordinated by the students themselves under the expert mentorship of the faculty. This hands-on approach empowers student committee members to manage corporate communications, design placement brochures, and orchestrate campus interview drives. Under the able guidance of their faculty advisors, students gain invaluable real-world experience in logistics, negotiation, and professional networking.
